|½||cup||button mushrooms, sliced|
|½||cup||beef stock (or dissolve beef bouillon in hot water)|
|1||pack||Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese 1kg|
|1||Tbsp||minced parsley for garnish|
- Fry burger patties until outsides are browned and set aside (do not cook all the way through). Saute onion and garlic in oil and butter, then add mushrooms.
- Add in flour, then mix until it browns a bit. Pour in beef stock, then whisk until mixture thickens.
- Pour in Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese, and soy sauce , then simmer for a few minutes.
- Season with sugar, salt and pepper, then add in burgers into pan. Continue simmering for 10 more minutes. Serve on platter and top with parsley.
