Ingredients

5 cloves garlic, finely crushed
1 pc onion, chopped
4 Tbsp margarine
1 kg chicken, cut into 8 pcs
4 pcs chorizo de bilbao, sliced
1 pack Hunt's Tomato Sauce 1Kg
¼  cup soy sauce
1 can liver spread 85g
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 pcs siling labuyo, chopped
½  tsp salt 
½  tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. Sauté garlic and onions in margarine. 
  2. Add chicken and chorizo de bilbao (w/ lard).
  3. Pour in Hunt's Tomato Sauce, soy sauce, and , then add liver spread, cheddar cheese, and siling labuyo.
  4. Add a little water (enough to cover chicken pcs) , then simmer until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
