Hunt's at Yummy Eats 2012

It was a fun-filled day, as foodies gathered at the Yummy Eats 2012 event, which was co-presented by Hunt's

Foodies gathered at the Rockwell Tent last May 26 for the Yummy Eats event. Hunt's, which co-presented the event, held a cooking demo and a Mother-Child Cook-Off.

Three mom bloggers joined the Hunt's Cook-Off: Michelle Lim, Pehpot Pineda, and Jackie Go. They had to prepare three Hunt's dishes with the help of their kids.

On the other hand, celebrity chef Nino Logarta held a cooking demo. No less than Hunt's endorser Jean Garcia helped him prepare his dishes.

By submitting any culinary advice, directions, ingredients or other recipe ("Recipe"), photograph, image or other content or material to the Website and/or YUMMY HUNT'S ("Submission" and, together with the Recipes, "Content"), either online or offline and whether or not solicited by the Website and/or YUMMY HUNT'S, you hereby grant to YUMMY HUNT'S an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right and license to use, display, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, make derivative works of, sublicense and otherwise commercially and non-commercially exploit such Content and all associated copyright, trade secret, trademark or other intellectual property rights therein, in any manner or medium now existing or hereafter developed (including, but not limited to, print, film or electronic storage devices), without compensation of any kind to you or any third party. By submitting such Content and/or other materials to us, you represent and warrant that Yummy Hunt's use of same does not and will not breach any agreement, violate any law or infringe any third-party's rights.

You further acknowledge and agree that Hunt's Universal Robina Corporation shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
