1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp. garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp white onions, chopped
¾   cup chorizo de bilbao or Pamplona, sliced into ¼ " cubes
1 cup chicken breast meat, cut into ½" cubes
1 pc red bell pepper or Green pepper or both
4 cups cooked white rice 
1 pack Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese 250g
1 tsp paprika bilbao 
To taste   salt / pepper
5 pcs egg
¼ cup green peas


  1. Cook sunny side up eggs. 
  2. Saute onions, garlic, roasted red bell pepper, green peas and chorizo in olive oil and butter. Add chicken meat then cook until tender.
  3. Add Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Toss in rice then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mold in a bowl or a big cup, then top with sunny side up egg. Serve and enjoy.
