Ingredients

2 Tbsp cooking oil
4 pcs Vigan longganisa, skin removed
1 can Hunt's Pork and Beans 175g
8 pcs eggs
½ tsp nutmeg
1 cup milk
4 slices whole wheat bread, cut into triangles
    parsley, chopped (for garnish)
To taste    salt and pepper

Procedure: 

  1. In a sauce pan, saute the longganisa for 2 minutes. Add in the Hunt's Pork and Beans, then simmer for 3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, nutmeg, and milk. Dunk the bread slices in the mixture.
  3. In a pan, fry the bread slices until golden brown on both sides, then set aside. Fry the eggs sunny side up.
  4. Assemble the dish by having 2 slices of toast. Pour the longganisa and beans mixture, then top with fried egg. 
  5. Garnish with parsley, then serve.
