1 pc red onion, julienned 
½  Tbsp garlic, coarsely chopped
½  cup green bell pepper, chopped
½  cup red bell pepper, chopped
250 g ground beef
1 can  red kidney beans
½  tsp  Mexican spice mix or Taco mix
3 pcs  tortilla (8 inch)
300 g cheddar cheese, grated 
2 packs  Hunts Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese 250g 
to taste   salt and pepper


  1. In a medium non-stick pan, sauté onion, garlic, and bell peppers. After 3 mins stir in ground beef, red kidney beans and Mexican spice mix. Divide mixture to 3 equal servings.
  2. Lay tortilla wrap on a clean pan, then add ground beef and vegetables mixture in the middle of the tortilla, top with half of grated cheddar cheese , thenroll.
  3. Transfer filled tortillas on a sauce pan end sides down, cover with Hunts Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese and grated cheese. Simmer for 4-5 mins, then serve.
