To taste   salt and pepper
5 pcs chicken leg (quarter)
3 Tbsp oil
1/8  cup white onion
1/8  cup garlic
1/4 cup butter
1 ¾ cups coconut milk
½  L water
¼  cup fish sauce
1/8  cup white sugar
1/8  cup ground pepper
1 pack Hunt's Tomato Sauce 250g 
½  cup Malunggay leaves


  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in oil, then set aside.
  2. In a separate pan, saute onion and garlic in butter. Add water and coconut milk, then simmer.
  3. Add fish sauce, sugar, and ground pepper. Pour in Hunt's Tomato Sauce, then add chicken.
  4. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, then add malunggay leaves. Serve and enjoy!
