200 g tempura batter (showa), mixed according to package instructions
500 g chicken breast fillet
To taste   salt
To taste   pepper
¼  pc lemon
1/2 cup flour
1 L cooking oil
1/4 cup garlic, chopped
1/2 g butter
1 pack Hunt's Tomato Sauce 250g
1/2 g white sugar
1/4 tsp parsley, chopped


  1. Cut chicken into 1 cm cubes and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat with flour and dip into batter. Fry in medium heat until crispy, then set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter until light brown. Add in Hunt's Tomato Sauce and sugar, then simmer.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Mix remaining butter. Toss chicken with sauce, then sprinkle with parsley.
