- Cut chicken into 1 cm cubes and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat with flour and dip into batter. Fry in medium heat until crispy, then set aside.
- Sauté garlic in butter until light brown. Add in Hunt's Tomato Sauce and sugar, then simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper. Mix remaining butter. Toss chicken with sauce, then sprinkle with parsley.
