|1||pc||leek, cut into long strips, then soaked in cold water|
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dip in flour. Deep fry until golden and crispy.
- Cut tofu into strips, then deep fry until crispy.
- In a sauce pan, mix Hunt's Tomato Sauce, sweet chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, hot sauce, and water. Simmer until thick and soupy.
- Toss chicken and tofu into the mixture. Garnish with sliced leeks before serving.
