2 pcs chicken leg and thigh, deboned , then cut into strips
¼  tsp salt
¼  tsp pepper
½  cup flour
2 pcs tofu, chopped
1 pack Hunt's Tomato Sauce 115g
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 Tbsp tomato ketchup
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp hot sauce
1/4 cup water
1 pc leek, cut into long strips, then soaked in cold water


  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dip in flour. Deep fry until golden and crispy.
  2. Cut tofu into strips, then deep fry until crispy.
  3. In a sauce pan, mix Hunt's Tomato Sauce, sweet chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, hot sauce, and water. Simmer until thick and soupy.
  4. Toss chicken and tofu into the mixture. Garnish with sliced leeks before serving.
