1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
½ pc white onion, chopped
1 Tbsp corn oil
½ cup ground pork
½ cup whole kernel corn, drained
cup snow peas (sitsaro)
1 cans Hunt's Pork and Beans 230g
¼ cup chicken stock or water
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp Thai patis
1 tsp cornstarch, diluted in 1 Tbsp of water
¼ tsp sesame seeds


  1. Saute garlic, ginger, and onion. Add pork to the pan, then cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Add in corn and snow peas. Cook for 5 minutes or until peas are well cooked. Pour the Hunt's Pork and Beans, and simmer for 5 more minutes.
  3. Add chicken stock, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and Thai patis. Cook for another minute.
  4. Thicken sauce with cornstarch. Place in a plate, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
