12 pcs boiled eggs
½  kg Vigan longganisa
1 cup flour
3 pcs eggs (for coating)
1 cup bread crumbs (Japanese)
1 l cooking oil
1/8 cup white onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/8 cup butter
1 pack Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Tomato Basil & Cheese 250g 
1/8 cup white sugar
To taste   salt and pepper


  1. Remove the shells of boiled egg and longganisa from its casing.
  2. Coat boiled eggs with longganisa meat, then coat with flour, egg, and bread crumbs. Fry in medium heat until golden brown, then set aside.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic in butter. Add Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Tomato Basil & Cheese, then simmer.
  4. Add sugar, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the sauce on top of the eggs. Serve and enjoy!
