1 Tbsp cooking oil
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
¼ cup chopped onion
1 kilo pork belly, sliced
1 Tbsp soy sauce
3 cups water
2 cans Hunt's Pork & Beans 230g
3 pcs calamansi
to taste   salt and pepper


  1. Heat oil in a pan, then saute garlic and onion. Add pork, soy sauce and water.
  2. Simmer until pork is tender. Add Hunt's Pork & Beans and calamansi juice, then season with salt and pepper.
