Ingredients

1 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp celery, finely chopped
1 Tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/3 cup bacon, diced
2 cans Hunt's Pork & Beans 390g
1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 pcs bacon strips, fried

Procedure:

  1. Saute onion, celery, and bell pepper until soft. Add bacon and continue sauteeing until bacon releases fat.
  2. Add Hunt's Pork & Beans and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Garnish with crispy bacon on top. Serve hot.
