1 cup bacon, chopped
1 pc onion, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
1 cup ham, cubed
½ cup button mushrooms, sliced
 1/4 cup flour
1 cup water
½ cup potato, cubed
1 pack Hunt's Pork & Beans 175g
1 cup cream
½ Tbsp sage


  1. In a sauce pot, put in bacon and some water. Simmer until oil is rendered and bacon is crispy. Set aside.
  2. Using the same pot with bacon fat, sauté onion, celery, and ham until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms to the pot. Stir in flour and mix well.
  4. Slowly whisk in water or stock, then add potatoes and Hunt's Pork & Beans.
  5. Simmer until thick, then add cream and sage. Serve hot with bacon bits on top.
