1 small onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 pcs chicken thigh and leg (2 pcs each)
3 pcs tomatoes, diced
1 cup chicken stock
5 leaves basil, sliced thinly
½ tsp dried oregano
1 can Hunt's Pork and Beans 390g
To taste   salt and pepper 


  1. Saute diced onion and garlic. Add in chicken, and continue sauteing until brown.
  2. Add in tomatoes and chicken stock. Put basil and oregano, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour in Hunt's Pork & Beans, and season with salt and pepper.
