1/8 cup oil
12 cloves garlic, chopped
1/8 cup siling labuyo, chopped
1 cup water
1 pack Hunt's  Tomato Sauce 250g
½  kg white sugar
1/8 cup cornstarch
1/8 cup onion, chopped
¼  kg ground pork
½  kg canton
1/2 cup carrot, julienned
1/2 cup cabbage baguio, shredded
1/8 cup sesame oil


  1. Saute 10 cloves of garlic in oil until light brown. Add siling labuyo and water. Pour in Hunt's Tomato Sauce and sugar, then simmer.
  2. Make slurry by adding cornstarch into the sauce. Stir to thicken, then set aside.
  3. In a separate pan, saute remaining garlic and onion in oil. Add ground pork and continue sauteing. Pour in the slurry, then mix well.
  4. Mix sauce with canton, then add vegetables. Drizzle with the sesame oil, then mix until cooked.
