1 Tbsp cooking oil
2 pcs onion, diced
8 cloves garlic, minced
5 pcs tomato, diced
12 pcs button mushroom, diced
6 slices ham, diced
5 pcs eggplant, diced
1 pack Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style 1kg
½ cup pitted black olives, sliced
1 Tbsp paprika
2 to 3 drops hot sauce
2 pcs egg
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
10 pcs pandesal


  1. Sautee onion, garlic and tomatoes. Add in mushrooms, ham and eggplant.
  2. Add Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style and black olives, then season with paprika, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. Crack the eggs on top of the mixture and add the cheese. Cover and cook until eggs are done
  4. Serve with toasted pandesal on the side.
