Ingredients

1 pc white onion, chopped
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
3 Tbsp butter or oil
500 g ground beef
3 Tbsp raisins
3 packs Hunt's Tomato Sauce 250g
¼  cup chicken stock or water
1 pc bay leaf
tsp garlic powder
  drops liquid seasoning
To taste   salt and pepper
3 pcs saging saba, sliced into 2 lengthwise
3 pcs eggs, fried sunny side-up

Procedure:

  1. Deep fry saging saba until golden brown, then set aside. Marinate beef with garlic powder and liquid seasoning. 
  2. Sauté onions and garlic in butter. Add beef and brown. Add Hunt's Pinoy Tomato Sauce, raisins and bay leaf. Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.
  3. Add stock to prevent the beef from drying or sticking together like meatballs. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with fried saba and fried egg. Serve with cooked white rice.
