|3||packs||Hunt's Tomato Sauce 250g|
|¼||cup||chicken stock or water|
|To taste||salt and pepper|
|3||pcs||saging saba, sliced into 2 lengthwise|
|3||pcs||eggs, fried sunny side-up|
- Deep fry saging saba until golden brown, then set aside. Marinate beef with garlic powder and liquid seasoning.
- Sauté onions and garlic in butter. Add beef and brown. Add Hunt's Pinoy Tomato Sauce, raisins and bay leaf. Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Add stock to prevent the beef from drying or sticking together like meatballs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with fried saba and fried egg. Serve with cooked white rice.
