8 pcs  burger patties
1 pc white onion, diced
5 cloves  garlic, minced
2 Tbsp butter
½  cup button mushrooms, sliced
¼  cup  flour
½  cup  beef stock (or dissolve beef bouillon in hot water)
1 pack Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese 1kg
¼ cup  soy sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp minced parsley for garnish
2 Tbsp cooking oil


  1. Fry burger patties until outsides are browned and set aside (do not cook all the way through). Saute onion and garlic in oil and butter, then add mushrooms. 
  2. Add in flour, then mix until it browns a bit. Pour in beef stock, then whisk until mixture thickens.
  3. Pour in Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese, and soy sauce , then simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Season with sugar, salt and pepper, then add in burgers into pan. Continue simmering for 10 more minutes. Serve on platter and top with parsley.
