25 ml cooking oil
100 g onion, minced
20 g ginger, chopped
50 g garlic, chopped
1 K chicken adobo cut
2 g salt
2 g pepper
30 g curry powder
1 pc potatoes, chopped
100 g carrots, chopped
500 ml water
400 ml coconut milk
20 ml fish sauce
1 can Hunt's Pork and Beans 390g


  1. Heat up oil in a pan, and add onion, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with curry powder.
  3. Add chicken in the pan, and cook all sides until light brown.
  4. Put potatoes and carrots, then add water, coconut milk, and fish sauce. Simmer for 25 minutes.
  5. Pour in Hunt's Pork and Beans, and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve.
