|1||Tbsp||chili garlic sauce|
|4||pcs||boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes|
|1||pack||Hunt's Tomato Sauce 115g|
|1/8||tsp||five spice powder|
|½||cup||cashew nuts (or ordinary peanuts)|
|1||tsp||cornstarch diluted in 1 Tbsp. water|
|To taste||salt and pepper|
- Saute onion, garlic, and ginger in oil, then add chili garlic sauce and chicken. Cook until brown.
- Pour in Hunt's Tomato Sauce and five spice powder, then simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add nuts, and pour cornstarch mixture. Mix until desired thickness is achieved, then add sesame oil.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
