Ingredients

2 Tbsp cooking oil
¼ cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp ginger, sliced thinly
1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
4 pcs boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes 
1 pack Hunt's Tomato Sauce 115g
1/8 tsp five spice powder
½ cup cashew nuts (or ordinary peanuts)
1 tsp cornstarch diluted in 1 Tbsp. water
½ tsp sesame oil
To taste   salt and pepper 

Procedure:

  1. Saute onion, garlic, and ginger in oil, then add chili garlic sauce and chicken. Cook until brown.
  2. Pour in Hunt's Tomato Sauce and five spice powder, then simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add nuts, and pour cornstarch mixture. Mix until desired thickness is achieved, then add sesame oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
