1 pack Hunt's Pork and Beans 230g
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
1 pc white onion, chopped
1 Tbsp lemon or calamansi juice
3 Tbsp olive oil
tsp salt
tsp pepper
4 Tbsp sour cream
300 g nachos


  1. Combine Hunt's Pork & Beans, whole kernel corn, cilantro, cheddar cheese, onions, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place in a bowl, and top with sour cream. Serve as dip for nachos.
