|1||pack||Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Basil & Cheese 1kg|
|1/4||cup||white wine (optional)|
|12||pcs||basil leaves, sliced thinly|
|1||kg||cooked fusilli pasta (other alternatives - penne or twist pasta)|
- Marinate dory in calamansi juice and liquid seasoning. Dredge in flour, then deep fry in oil until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- In a large pan, heat butter, then add onions. Pour in Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Basil & Cheese, white wine and simmer for ten minutes. Add basil last.
- Toss cooked pasta with the sauce, then place in a bowl and serve with crispy fried fish.
