4 pcs cream dory fillet or tilapia fillet
2 Tbsp calamansi juice
2 Tbsp liquid seasoning
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp corn oil (for deep frying)
2 Tbsp butter
1 pc onion, finely chopped
1 pack Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Basil & Cheese 1kg
 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
12 pcs basil leaves, sliced thinly
1 kg cooked fusilli pasta (other alternatives - penne or twist pasta)


  1. Marinate dory in calamansi juice and liquid seasoning. Dredge in flour, then deep fry in oil until golden and crispy. Set aside. 
  2. In a large pan, heat butter, then add onions. Pour in Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Basil & Cheese, white wine and simmer for ten minutes. Add basil last. 
  3. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce, then place in a bowl and serve with crispy fried fish.
