Ingredients
1 | cup | olive oil |
1½ | heads | garlic, chopped |
5 | pcs | button mushrooms, finely chopped |
1/2 | cup | capers |
10 | pcs | dory, cut into strips |
100 | g | tomato paste |
1 | pack | Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese 1kg |
½ | Tbsp | rosemary |
500 | g | ziti pasta, cooked according to packaging instructions |
To taste | salt and pepper |
Procedure:
- Marinate dory with salt, pepper, and preferred herbs*.
- In a pan, heat ¼ cup olive oil and saute garlic until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and capers and mix well. Then, add dory strips. Simmer until cooked, then set aside.
- Add the tomato paste then pour in Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add remaining olive oil and rosemary and mix well. Toss in cooked pasta, then season with salt and pepper. Serve pasta with herbed dory strips on top.
*Tip: You can use your preferred herbs such as rosemary, basil and thyme for the fish marinade.
