1 cup olive oil
heads garlic, chopped
5 pcs button mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 cup capers
10 pcs dory, cut into strips
100 g tomato paste
1 pack Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese 1kg
½    Tbsp rosemary
500 g ziti pasta, cooked according to packaging instructions
To taste    salt and pepper


  1. Marinate dory with salt, pepper, and preferred herbs*.
  2. In a pan, heat ¼ cup olive oil and saute garlic until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and capers and mix well. Then, add dory strips. Simmer until cooked, then set aside.
  3. Add the tomato paste then pour in Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Add remaining olive oil and rosemary and mix well. Toss in cooked pasta, then season with salt and pepper. Serve pasta with herbed dory strips on top.

*Tip: You can use your preferred herbs such as rosemary, basil and thyme for the fish marinade.
