1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
1 pc onion, chopped
2 Tbsp corn oil
½ k chicken fillet, sliced into bite-sized pcs
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp paprika
½ cup water or stock
2 packs Hunt's Pork & Beans 230g
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
tsp salt
tsp pepper
2 cups steamed rice


  1. Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add chicken, cumin, paprika, water, and Hunt's Pork & Beans. 
  2. Simmer until chicken is tender. Add whole kernel corn, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with rice.
