1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
¼ cup onion, chopped
2 Tbsp butter
1 pc large pork sausage, sliced
1 pc large Hungarian sausage, sliced
1 pc large white sausage or bratwurst, sliced
3 Tbsp flour
1 cup fresh milk
1 pc chicken cube
1 cup stock or water
    dried sage
    dried oregano
1 can Hunt's Pork & Beans 230g
¼ cup olive oil (optional)
¼ cup vinegar (optional)


  1. Saute garlic and onion in butter. Add sausages and continue sauteing until sausages turn brown. 
  2. Drizzle with flour and continue mixing until flour is cooked.
  3. Gradually add milk, then add chicken cube. Add water until soup consistency is achieved.
  4. Add a pinch of nutmeg, allspice, sage, and oregano. Pour in Hunt's Pork & Beans, then simmer for ten minutes.

Tip: In a bowl, mix olive oil and vinegar. Serve on the side.
