1 pack Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Basil &Cheese 1kg
500 g fettuccini
¾ kg fresh prawns
½ cup chorizo, sliced
1 Tbsp ginger, chopped
1 Tbsp garlic
1 Tbsp capers, chopped
2 Tbsp shallots, chopped
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
To taste   salt
To taste   black pepper
    cheddar cheese, grated (optional for topping)


  1. Cook fettuccini according to package instructions, then set aside.
  2. Clean prawns properly, then dash with salt and pepper.
  3. In a big pot, saute prawns, ginger, garlic, shallots, chorizo, and capers in oil. Set aside half of sauteed prawns for garnishing.
  4. Add Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Tomato Basil & Cheese in the remaining prawns. Simmer for 2 minutes in low heat, then add fettuccini pasta.
  5. Mix sauce with pasta, then top with cheddar cheese and prawns for garnishing.
