1 Tbsp cooking oil
2 Tbsp onion, chopped
6 pcs longganisa, chopped
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 can Hunt's Pork & Beans 230g
cup cheddar cheese
8 pcs lumpia wrapper, cut into halves


  1. Heat pan with oil, then add onion and longganisa. Saute longganisa until well cooked. 
  2. Add in cabbage and cook until wilted.
  3. Pour in Hunt's Pork & Beans and mix well. Simmer until almost dry and pasty.
  4. Lay about a tablespoon (40 g) of mixture over spring roll wrapper. Add cheese, then roll the wrapper.
  5. Deep fry until crispy. Serve with ketchup if preferred.
